Name: My 2 years 11 months daughter is not abl

My 2 years 11 months daughter is not able to speak, she had at least 2 month delay in each mile stones, secondly, she was raised by my in-laws in Kerala after her first birthday and now we plan to bring her back in June after a year. would request you to help us find a doctor whom we can consult and what are the investigations which we need to do before we meet this doctor. Secondly, would this drawback result her over all development towards a normal child.
